The planned "temples of honour" of 1935

In 1935 - under the Nazi regime - there were plans to transform the market-place into an area for political rallies. The design shows a flight of steps leading from Leinbergerstraße to the Minster's choir which is flanked by two "temples of honour" and a "community house".
